On May 27, 2019, the Defendant habitually stolen: (a) opened a door in which the victim C was parked in front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 27, 2019; (b) opened a door in which the victim C was parked; (c) committed a theft with one mobile phone of 9,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession located in the driver’s seat; and (d) committed a theft of 1,190,000 won in total from April 10, 2018 to May 30, 2019.

2. The Defendant purchased F Game money equivalent to KRW 110,00 from April 10, 2018 to May 30, 2019, by purchasing game money and cultural products rights equivalent to KRW 8,138,450,00 in total over 58 times in total, as indicated in the attached Table 2 of the crime sight table 13, by accessing F to cellular phone (E) in the name of the victim C who stolen, as described in the annexed Table 13, and inputting the date of birth of the victim acquired through G, etc. stored in the cellular phone, etc., and inputting the certification number into the computer and other information processing device without authority.
