A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

30,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Management of the Local Mental Drugs Act by the Busan District Court on November 10, 199, and the same criminal records are more than once.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On February 20, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) provided approximately 0.1g of the Meteptoptopy (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) a local mental medicine, contained in the one-time injection machine, to E from D located in Busan District, Busan District; and (b) received 200,000 won from E in consideration of the price.

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 0.1g of opon to E in 200,000 won.

2. On February 22, 2016, around 22:30, the Defendant provided E with approximately 0.03 grams of philophones contained in the day-to-day injection machine in Busan Jin-gu, Busan at around 201.20

1. Reasons for sentencing under the proviso to Article 67 of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (the scope of recommended punishment) and the basic area (one year to two years) (the period from 1 year to 2 years) of the Act on the Management of Narcotics, Etc.;
