A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise provided for in any other Act, no person shall transfer or acquire the means of access to electronic financial transactions to any third party.

Nevertheless, at around April 12, 2018, the Defendant reported text messages to the persons who are not named in the name of the Defendant, and provided them with contact, and then exchanged them from the person who is named in the name of the Defendant. In order to pay KRW 500,000 per day, KRW 50,000 per KRW 10,000,000,000,000 in the face of money exchange affairs with the physical card sent by us: Provided, That because it is impossible to believe that the correspondence is not, if you send the physical card to the security group, they will leave the details of transactions in the account of the party and use it as the basis for reporting the party correspondence later.”

On April 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took over one ecck card (E) in the name C in the name C, which was entered in the name C, from the bus bus stops located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro 496, and sent the above name B, and (b) obtained a deduction from April 15, 2018, at around 21:00 on the following day, the Defendant sent a eck card connected to the F bank account in the name of the Defendant; (c) sent a eck card connected to the F Bank account in the name of the Defendant; and (d) sent it to the F Bank bus in Ulsan-gu, Daegu-gu; and (e) sent the password to the F Bank account in the name B (G) by using Jflggggn.

As such, the Defendant acquired another person’s means of access and transferred his means of access to another person.
