Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Subsidy Management Act on February 13, 2013, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Subsidy Management Act, and the said sentence was finalized on February 21, 2013, and Defendant B is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment for ten months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) on August 8, 2014, and the said judgment was finalized on October 18, 2014.

Defendant

A and Defendant B’s internal women shall prepare a contract for corporeal movables sale and transfer of corporeal movables with the purport that “A and A’s father E transfer for 13 Hassk 13 and Hask 10 years, installed on the F’s land surface in Syang-si F, the ownership of E, for 10 years,” and received authentication of the said contract from a notary public H office located in Changwon-si G in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the same day.

Defendants in collusion with each other on August 26, 2010 at a marriage information company operated by D in Changwon City I on August 26, 2010: E, transferor, transferee, and transferee: D;

1. Indicating that corporeal movables are traded: Purchase by Category D at a total of 13 knives of above ground iron bars during the smuggling F (8961m) from Category A in a daily gold of 10 million won;

2. The transferor, from 21, 2005 to D, prepared a copy of the corporeal movables sale and transfer contract with the content that the crops are transferred to D (20 May 2014) for five years from 009 to 21, 2009, and that "D as transferee d on May 21, 2009", and affixed a seal of the unclaimed person's name on the side of the above D name.

As a result, the Defendants, in collusion, forged a copy of the corporeal movables sale and transfer contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations without authority for the purpose of uttering.
