On November 28, 2016, the Plaintiff, on November 28, 2016, set the due date of payment of KRW 35 million to the Defendant on November 28, 2018 and lent it at the interest rate of 24% per annum.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated by the rate of 24% per annum from November 29, 2016, which is the day following the above loan date, to the day of full payment.
