Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2014, around 20:55, the Defendant run a singing practice room business on the first floor C of the 1st floor underground of the 20th floor of the 20th floor, without registering with the competent authority, by installing studio 4 and each studio in the 20th floor without registering with the competent authority. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant operated a singing practice room business by allowing visitors to receive 10,000 won per hour.
