The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant in the facts charged in the instant case is the president of the association for the redevelopment project for B houses, and the victim C is the victim C.

On September 25, 2019, at around 15:55, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as: (a) having the victim go out of the victim’s office, according to the verbal abuse of the Defendant; and (b) having the victim take the clothes of the victim, outside the victim’s office in Seongbuk-gu Seoul.
