Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of 1.5 million won in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch on December 10, 2012, and completed the execution of the imprisonment.

1. 특수공무집행방해, 공용물건손상 피고인은 2013. 8. 15. 09:20경 안동시 풍산읍에 있는 안동교도소 수용자실에서 교도관이 빨리 의무과에 보내주지 않는다는 이유로 화가 나 교위 AI에게 “야 이 씹할 놈아 개새끼야 좆 빠는 소리하지 말고 빨리 관구실에 이야기해서 문열어”라고 욕을 하고, 위 AI이 피고인이 욕설을 하는 것을 녹음하자 피고인을 제지하는 교사 AJ 앞에서 수용자실에 있던 위험한 물건인 유리창문(가로 63.5cm, 세로 59.5cm)을 양손으로 잡아 뜯어낸 다음 가지고 있던 국그릇을 위 AJ을 향해 던져 그 파편이 위 AJ의 왼손가락에 튀게 하고, 뜯어낸 유리창문을 수용자실 쇠창살에 던져 깨뜨리고, 깨진 유리조각을 수건으로 덮어 감싸 쥔 다음 위 교도관들을 향해 “씹할거 살맛도 안 나고 씹할 새끼야 빨리 문 따 개새끼야! 니 한번만 더 그라면 내가 배대지 그어서 창자를 빼내 네 목에 걸어버릴 테니까 알아서 해라 씹할놈아!”라고 큰소리를 쳐 마치 자해를 할 것처럼 말을 하여 시가 608,000원 상당의 유리창문과 시가 880원 상당의 국그릇을 깨뜨려 공용물건을 손상함과 동시에 위험한 물건을 휴대하여 교정공무원인 AJ의 교도소 내 질서유지에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
