1. The Defendant’s KRW 81,439,630 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from August 23, 2017 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
(b)To determine the rate of disability payments, if not, on the basis of the diagnosis of the doctor on the date 180th day after the diagnosis becomes final and conclusive;
However, if the time for disability assessment is separately determined in the disability classification table, it shall be done at the risk of such determination.

1. “Disability” means a state of damage to a permanent mental or physical body remaining after recovering an injury or disease: Provided, That symptoms temporarily appearing in the state of a disease or injury, complication, and in the process of receiving treatment therefor are not included in disability; 2) “permanent” means, in principle, a state in which there is no possibility to recover in the future, and is medically recognized as a state of mental or physical damage.
3) The term “after recovery” means a state in which the effects of treatment of an injury or disease cannot be expected, and the symptoms are fixed. 4) However, with respect to a disability for which treatment is not permanently fixed and which temporarily leaves after the completion of treatment for more than five years, the rate of disability payment shall be 20% in the market market.
