The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On July 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim’s chest with his/her head and chest by breaking it over the floor by hand on the ground that the victim D (the victim D, South 49 years old) with two bbox 2 strings in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) on the ground that he/she demand the change of the victim’s head and chest into the bring and the bring with his/her knick, he/she committed assaulting the victim’s chest with his/her face at one time with his/her hand.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On August 31, 2018, after the prosecution of this case, a written agreement that the injured person does not wish to punish the accused.

(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
