Reasons

In full view of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4-2, it is difficult or inappropriate to divide the real estate recorded in the annexed list, which is owned by the plaintiff (appointed party), the plaintiff Appointor Co., Ltd., E&D, and the defendants in kind.

Attached Form
