A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on July 1, 201, and a summary order of KRW 5 million by a fine at the Daejeon District Court on July 1, 2013.

On April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained a driver’s license on April 22, 2015; (b) while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.148%, the Defendant translified the car from approximately 2 km to the roads front the Samsung Digital Fran, located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, on the front of the restaurant where the trade name in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, is unknown.
