The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 95,00,000 and the Defendant B, as from July 9, 2020.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 (including number No. 7; hereinafter the same shall apply), the plaintiff entered into a contract for sale in lots with defendant Eul Co., Ltd. (the representative director: the defendant Co., Ltd.; hereinafter "the defendant Co., Ltd.") on January 19, 2020 to purchase KRW 550,00,00 from the defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the contract of this case"). The plaintiff paid the contract deposit amount of KRW 55,00,00 to the defendant Co., Ltd. according to the contract of this case; the plaintiff confirmed that he is not the owner of the land of this case for the above house for sale in lots (hereinafter "site of this case"); the defendant Co., Ltd. issued the above house for the above 00,000, the plaintiff did not request the defendant Co., Ltd. to return the intermediate payment to the defendant Co. 2, 300,000 to the defendant Co., Ltd.
