그 때 피해자 K(18세)가 전화를 하려고 뛰어가다가 넘어지자, 피고인 A은 피해자 K의 배 위에 올라타 주먹으로 피해자 K의 얼굴을 10회 때리고, 피고인 B는 피해자 K의 머리채를 잡고 2m 정도 끌고 간 다음 피고인 A이 피해자 K의 머리를 발로 1회, 피고인 B가 3회 걷어찼다.
