Defendants shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was an election campaign worker of the F candidate for the election district E in the 20th National Assembly election.

No one shall engage in an election campaign before the close thereof on the election day, and shall solicit any person to participate in the election campaign, including any content supporting, recommending or opposing a specific political party or candidate on the election day.

Nevertheless, around 12:14 on April 13, 2016, the Defendant taken a photograph indicating “Sho Lake I” (E) on the 7th polling station of H Middle School located in G, and posted a notice on the same day at around 13:04, stating that the Defendant posted the above photograph on the “J” Round operated by the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant carried out an election campaign for the purpose of getting elected for E and F candidates on the election day, and at the same time recommended participation in voting including support and recommendation for a specific political party or candidate.

2. Defendant B is a member of the Party E.

No one shall conduct an election campaign before the close thereof on the election day.

Nevertheless, around 03:50 on April 13, 2016, the Defendant posted the F candidate’s election campaign material photograph indicating the summary of the F candidate for the 20th election district E-election district in Korea, along with the writing that “K” as “L” as “L” as “L” on the offline, and the F candidate now carries out this article as “O” on the 20th election district E-election. On the same day, at around 03:51 on the same day, the Defendant posted the above writing as “N” as “O” on the offline broadband, and at around 03:51 on the same day, posted it as “O” on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant carried out an election campaign for the purpose of getting the F candidate elected on the election day.
