Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2015, at around 07:00, the Defendant received a demand from the victim to move into the E church managed by the victim D (61 tax) located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for the reason of viewing visibility.

However, the defendant did not respond to it and did not comply with the request for withdrawal of the victim without justifiable reasons until the police officer dispatched by the victim's report at around 07:50 on the same day arrives.
