A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From March 16, 2017 to around the 17th day of the same month, the Defendant reported that (i) the D Hospital 503 located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and (ii) the Victim E, the spouse of the Defendant, sought milch disease different from the Defendant’s demand and (iii) the victim E, the spouse of the Defendant, was able to do so, and (iv) the Defendant met the head of the victim by hand.

2. 피고인은 2017. 3. 중순경 대구 남구 F에 있는 피고인의 집에서, 위 피해자 E이 젖병에 든 모유의 양에 관한 피고인의 질문에 제대로 대답하지 못한데 화가 나, 손으로 피해자의 머리를 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자의 양쪽 무릎을 각각 1회 찼다.

3. On April 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the home of the Defendant’s new wall around April 7, 2017, the said victim E was not frequently aware of friendship; (b) the head of the Victim E was one time by hand.

4. On April 2017, the Defendant was at the Defendant’s home at night around the middle and middle night, and the victim E did not work first before the Defendant’s mother’s mother’s father’s mother’s mother’s mother’s mother’s mother, and her mother’s head was met by hand.

5. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s home on June 5, 2017, the victim E (at the time, 27 years of age) was the demand of the Defendant; (b) the Defendant was unable to meet the water quantity; (c) the Defendant got the head of the victim by hand.

6. On July 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the mother’s house of the Defendant in Daegu-gu G, the Defendant showed that the said victim E was engaged in a mobile phone hosting; (b) the victim was not able to properly see who is the other party to the hosting; and (c) the victim was her head by hand.

The Defendant assaulted the victim six times as above, resulting in the victim’s injury of stress disorder on the two influences and the number of days of treatment, which require treatment for about 14 days.
