Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2019, the Defendant was a taxi driver, and around 12:45 on January 29, 2019, the victim C (27 years of age) in front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government was obstructed in the course of the taxi and was in dispute with the victim by getting off from the defective taxi, and assaulted the victim's left side knife on one occasion with the damaged hand.
