A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, on November 27, 2009 by the same court, and on October 6, 2010, a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for the same crime was issued by the same court.

The defendant is a person who drives a passenger car in B.

At around 21:30 on May 30, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of approximately 700 meters from the front of the Geum-si bus terminal located in the Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul, to the front road, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.057% of alcohol content.
