Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was the father of the victim B (the family name, the 16-year old age), and C was the father of the victim B (the family name, the 16-year old age), and the victim was called to contact the victim.

The defendant, at around 15:30 on March 16, 2020, 15:30, in the building of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the defendant's house in the defendant's house in E, with the victim and F, had the victim forcedly commit an indecent act against the defendant's right to the defendant's side while her fing with the victim's hand while her finging his her hand, her hand, her hand, her fing the victim's hand while her fing the victim's hand, and continuously "I may f f her hand any longer and love with B," while she f sing the victim's entrance, and again she ging him into the victim's chest, "I may f her own f ging with B" and ging him into the victim's chest, and she ging him into the victim's chest.
