Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

On November 2, 2017, at around 02:20 on November 2, 2017, the Defendant spited the victim’s face while paying mutual trial expenses on the ground that the victim B satisfed in front of the 75 Modern Center in front of his own taxi.
