A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for four months.

Defendant

A operates a mutual human resources office of G from Gyeonggi Kimpo-si F, and Defendant B is a person in a legal relationship with Defendant A, and the above G is jointly operated with Defendant A.

No person shall arrange the employment of foreigners who have no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities as a business.

Nevertheless, if foreigners wishing to be employed in Korea, including China, enter Korea through the introduction of the above Brazils, and find it as the above G office, Defendant A introduced the above foreigners to the domestic manufacturers and introduced them to work for them, and Defendant B attempted to arrange the employment of the above foreigners by means of interpretation with the above G, arrangement of books, etc., and receive brokerage fees.

Then, the Defendants conspired with the above influenites, and arranged employment by introducing, around May 15, 2017, the instant G office, China, H, which did not have the status of sojourn eligible to work in the said G office, to be employed in the agricultural and fishery product packing business of J Kimpo-si, Co., Ltd., Ltd. located in Gyeonggi Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, as well as arranging employment by the aforementioned methods. From April 4, 2016 to August 10, 2017, the Defendants arranged employment of foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible to work 25,236 times in total, as shown in the annexed crime list.
