The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C Freight Vehicles.

On January 1, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 18:20, and led the Defendant to drive it at a f5-way, Jung-gu, Seoul.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving a motor vehicle safely, such as taking the front, rear and left well, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went to the front side of the vehicle owned by the victim's character capitals Korea Co., Ltd., which was parked in the rear side due to the negligence of the Defendant.

The Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, destroyed the property to have approximately KRW 11,385,390 on the damaged vehicle, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.
