A, B, and C shall be sentenced to four years of imprisonment, Defendant D, E, and F, three years and six months of imprisonment, and Defendant G shall be sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,00,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant B was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on July 3, 2013, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the same support on November 13, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 15, 2014, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the port branch on March 22, 2016.
