Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2013, at around 02:40, the Defendant started from the road adjacent to the Taecheon River located in Seogsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, and driven a B-do-purd motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of about 2 kilometers from approximately 0.155% under the influence of alcohol to the northwest Road in the same city-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
