Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On April 5, 2018, around 23:28, the Defendant: (a) assaulted D with and without any justifiable reason inside the elevator in Ansan-si C Building; (b) obstructed D with and without any reason, while drunk; (c) caused the Defendant’s daily operation F and A to flow off the Defendant; (d) caused the Defendant to flow off the Defendant, thereby impairing its utility by making it possible for the Defendant to flow off the ice lease material of an amount equivalent to KRW 1,794,000 in the market price installed in the elevator due to gas supply; and (d) destroyed the repair cost by making 110,000 won in the bulletin board of plastic materials installed in the elevator due to drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property of the occupants of the above building.

B. At around 23:37 of the same day, the Defendant refused to disclose his personal information, which he had been dispatched to the G District at the same place and received a 112 report, from the head of the Ansan Police Station G District G District, and used the said I’s chest on the ground that the said H “the Defendant was able to do so if she would do so,” and that the assistant I sent together with the said I called “I would have been able to do so,” and that the said I would be “I would no longer desire to do so,” and assaulted the chest part of the said I’s chest.”
