A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Since the defendant is led to confession, it is necessary to make an additional statement on the same part as the relevant supporting evidence in the same way as “(see, e.g., the page of the evidence record).”

Based on evidence, the prosecutor's facts charged are modified to the extent that it does not adversely affect the defendant's right of defense and actually affect the contents of the facts charged, and it does not result in the change of the subject of trial by the court.

No one shall provide game products with a rating obtained from the Game Products Management Committee (see Article 21 of the Evidence Records) and other game products with a reference to Article 16 of the Game Industry Promotion Act.

Nevertheless, from March 11, 2019 to April 18, 2019, the Defendant installed a juvenile game software establishment in the name of “C” (see, e.g., No. 21 of the evidence record) operated by the Defendant from March 11, 2019, at the juvenile game software establishment (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 85th page of the evidence record) different from the classified (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2009Da1548, Apr. 1, 2019).

Each existing game in subparagraphs 1 through 6 of the certificate [the game in this case has changed the contents of the game "refinite", which is a non-finite game rated (see Articles 80, 83 of the record of evidence).
