A On November 30, 2011, a person who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud, etc. on May 24, 201, and was finally determined on May 24, 2012, and was in office as the president of the National University E (former G University) located in Boan-si from August 1, 2004 to May 201, and Defendant B is a person who was in office as a full-time lecturer at the said University Gyeonggi-do Branch from March 1, 2009 to February 2012.
1. Defendant A’s crime;
A. The Defendant violated the corrective order, around July 21, 2010, issued an official notice to the Minister of Education, Science and Technology stating that he/she should secure fundamental property for profit from 100% or more but the ratio of securing basic property for profit from 2009 to 49.7% and that he/she should secure at least 100% of basic property for profit from 2009, and failed to comply with the corrective order even though he/she received a corrective order, and the Defendant failed to comply with the corrective order as above. On August 11, 2010, the Minister of Education, Science and Technology suspended the recruitment of students for 2008 year due to the lack of basic property for profit from 2008, due to the lack of the student quota ratio from the Minister of Education, Science and Technology around August 11, 2010, and issued a corrective order to secure at least 10% of basic property for profit from 2009, but did not comply with the above 2011.
Accordingly, the defendant violated the correction order on securing basic property for profit by the Minister of Education, Science and Technology.
B. Around February 2008, the Defendant: (a) obtained an unqualified bachelor’s degree; (b) obtained a bachelor’s degree from the FF University; (c) obtained a bachelor’s degree from the FF University at least 140; and (d) obtained a bachelor’s degree from at least 42 credits in cultural education; and (c) obtained a bachelor’s degree from a person who has obtained at least 42 credits in specialized education at least 13
