1. The Defendant’s KRW 3,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from September 8, 2015 to November 29, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a dentist who is operating the Dental branch located in Chungcheongnam-gun budget group C.

B. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) applied to D dental department and was subject to Ching from the Plaintiff; and (b) among Ching Dos, the Defendant’s Haak-to the right side of Ching Province (hereinafter “Ching-top” in Ching Island No. 47) left the bar.

Accordingly, the Defendant previously stated that the Plaintiff was treated with 47 phopy from the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff shown X-ray photographs, etc. taken before August 25, 2008, which was first produced by the Defendant, and explained that the Plaintiff had been seen from 47 times prior to this.

C. The Defendant asserted that, around 10 months ago, 10 months passed from Dental, she was provided with dental treatment No. 47 from D dental department, and that she was provided with dental treatment from D dental department, and thereafter, she sought an explanation about 47 times from D dental department and requested the Plaintiff to provide an explanation about D dental services.

On August 21, 2015, the defendant was indicted for defamation of the Daejeon District Court (Seoul District Court 2017DaMa822).

E. On September 14, 2017, the Defendant was convicted of a fine of KRW 700,000 for the following criminal facts from the Hongsung branch of the Daejeon District Court. The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
