1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

The defendant shall provide each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 7, 2013, the deceased A (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered into a contract with the Defendant to lease each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter “instant lease contract”) between the Defendant and the lease deposit amount of KRW 30,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 3,000,000, and the lease term of KRW 3,000,000 from October 8, 2013 to October 7, 2015.

Article 1 (1) (1) "B (the defendant, the same shall apply hereinafter) of the real estate lease contract shall pay 30 million won (e.g. 30,000,000) with the security deposit to "A (the deceased; hereinafter the same shall apply)" in person or by the account of a financial institution designated by "A" until October 8, 2013.

(4) After the termination or termination of a lease contract, "B" shall issue an order to "A" on the leased object, and "A" shall refund a rental deposit within 15 days from the date of such order.

Provided, That where unpaid rents, arrears, taxes and public charges, removal expenses, compensation, etc. belonging to the burden of "B" occur, "A" shall be refunded after deducting them from the rental deposit.

Article 2 (Rents) (1) The rent of “B” shall be three million won per month ( 3,000,000), and the rent for one year shall be paid to “A” in person or by the account of a financial institution designated by “A” by the following day of the contract date.

(2) Where “B” delays the payment of the rent under paragraph (1) for at least two months, “A” may terminate the contract, and “B” shall not raise any objection thereto.

Article 3 (Period of Lease) The lease period shall be two years from October 8, 2013 to October 7, 2015, and shall be automatically extended for one year if both parties raise an objection.
