Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2010, the Defendant is the head of a private kindergarten in Gunsan-si E and operates the said kindergarten.

1. The Defendant dedicated to the subsidies of the Office of Education of Jeollabuk-do received subsidies from the said kindergarten from the Office of Education of Jeollabuk-do, such as “F kindergarten subsidies” to be incorporated into the accounts of school expenses (agricultural Cooperatives and G), and transferred KRW 200,000 to the agricultural cooperative account in the name of the Defendant on April 30, 201, under the name of dietitian H, and consumed the personal use, such as living expenses, from the members of the Gunsan-si. From December 7, 2012, the Defendant used the total of KRW 3,00,000 in the same way as indicated in Appendix I, from June 13, 201 to September 25, 2013, and transferred the total of KRW 49,64,979,120,000 in the name of the Defendant’s account in the name of 30,000 through the same method as indicated in Appendix II, and transferred the total of KRW 3,031,201.3.3

2. Diversion of kindergarten expenses shared by beneficiaries;

A. The Defendant received from the original students in the above kindergarten as payment of the beneficiary’s expense to be incorporated in the accounts for school expenses, and used 200,500 won as the personal installment savings deposit payment, around January 6, 201, and used 167 times from around that time to July 2, 2013, the Defendant used 267,635,220 won in total as stated in the attached Table V for the beneficiary’s expense for 167 occasions, as shown in the attached Table V.

B. The Defendant, from the original students of the above kindergarten, has the share of the beneficiary charges to be incorporated into the accounts of school expenses, as the agricultural cooperative accounts of FF kindergarten tuition and the facts charged in J, as K.
