Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 23, 2014, at around 09:05, the Defendant: (a) argued that he did not drink food while taking a bath at “D cafeteria operated by the Victim C, which was operated by Da-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) claimed that he did not drink food; and (c) obstructed the operation of the victim’s restaurant by force for about one hour, such as opening a wall bridge, a wall boom, and attaching a food boom.

2. Around 09:16 on the same day, the Defendant received a report at a place specified in paragraph (1) and received a request from a slope E, the victim, who was called out, to produce an identification card, but the victim was able to be arrested if he did not disclose her status and pay her food value. As the victim stated that “C et al., frecibs, fins, fins, fins, fins, and fins,” the victim’s h et al. were sexually insultingd.

3. At around 09:25 on the same day, the Defendant committed violence to a police officer in the performance of official duties, such as spiting off the E’s shoulder, etc., and obstructed the legitimate performance of official duties concerning the maintenance of public security, etc. by using violence against the police officer who is performing official duties, such as spiting off the E’s shoulder, etc., while he was arrested as a flagrant offender and moved to the F Area for the said reason.
