Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant started from a hotel hotel in Dansan-si, Chungcheongnamnam Budget-gun, and driven B Mt-car in the state of alcohol with a alcohol level of about 1km from around 0.144% alcohol level from the 1km section to the road in front of the impulse doctor in the same face-to-face.
