Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt-Wurd Motor Vehicle.

On August 23, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of approximately 70km per hour from both sides to the west of the Yanyang-gun, which is located on the north of the Yanyang-gun, both sides of the “Saun apartment” road at a speed of about 70km per hour.
