Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On October 20, 2004, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million with a fine for larceny at the Daejeon District Court, and on October 18, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years with imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On May 8, 201, the Defendant, at around 05:00, 05:0, 600 won in cash, owned by the victim, using the key, set up the key to the clothes of the victim E, which was set up in the Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, as a cover of the right hand hand of the victim E., and 60,000 won in cash.
2.
