A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 181"

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with soflurged B, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On December 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.128% during blood transfusion on a condition that normal driving is difficult; and (b) operated C (n, 25 years of age) by a victim who changed the vehicle from the two lanes to the three lanes in the direction of distribution, while driving the said vehicle along the Olympic Games located along the 41-lane 41 as the new distribution route in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, along the three lanes in the direction of distribution, in the direction of distribution.

D In order to avoid other automobiles, the lanes have been changed into four lanes.

On December 5, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.128% in blood, around December 5, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 20km-turd from the area near Samsungdong to the Olympic Games located in 23:41 in Seocho-gu, Seoul as a new distribution of Seocho-gu, Seoul.
