Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who became a director in charge of general affairs as of February 26, 2015 after joining the Agricultural Cooperatives from April 1, 1980 to B.

No person, other than a candidate, shall engage in an election campaign, and no executive or employee of a commissioning organization (BFF) shall engage in an election campaign using his/her status.

1. At around 09:59 on February 26, 2015, the Defendant carried out an election campaign by sending text messages of the said D’s election campaign to the 1,986 members of the NA who were sent as a candidate for the president of the NAFF to B, for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant carried out an election campaign by using the status of the NA employees of the NAF by sending the text messages of the said D’s election campaign to the 1,986 members of the NAF who were sent as a candidate for the president of the NAFF.

2. At around 10:12 on February 26, 2015, the Defendant carried out an election campaign using the status of the employees of the NA by sending text messages on the said D’s election campaign to the 1,986 members of the 1,986 members of the NA, who access the PC for BF’s business to the PC for BF’s business to the 1,986 members of the NA for BF, for the purpose of Category B, posted as a candidate for the president of the NAF. In addition, the Defendant carried out an election campaign using the status of the employees of the NAF by sending the text messages on the NA’s election campaign.
