Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.145% during blood transfusion around 22:50, the Defendant driven a B-free-free motor vehicle at approximately 30 meters from the front of the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance of the Ministry of National Defense to the front of the same Gu-ro, 8 meters from the front of the 30th century.
