The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the reasons for appeal (six months of imprisonment) by the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. In full view of the various circumstances, such as the fact that the crime of insurance fraud, such as the instant case, is likely to cause severe social harm to a large number of good general subscribers, and thus requires severe punishment, and that no damage has been recovered until now, and that the Defendant has been punished for the same kind of crime, and that the Defendant’s history of punishment is several times, etc., the lower court’s punishment appears to be appropriate, and thus, the Defendant’s assertion cannot be accepted.

3. Accordingly, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is groundless. It is so decided as per Disposition.
