Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 11, 2013, at around 19:15, the Defendant, on the front side of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 11, 2015, opened the entrance door of the victim D (n, 31 years of age) and faced with the Defendant, and was faced with the victim’s face during the city expenses, and caused an injury to the victim’s left face at least 5cm.
