Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:40 on September 26, 2014, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with the highest alcohol level of about 4 km in the section of about 4 km from the roads near the Seojin-gu Seoul High School located in the Seojin-gu Seoul High School to the roads in front of the Songcheon-gu Seoul High School located in the same city via the same city.
