If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 23:05 on January 18, 2013, was driving C vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.128 percent in blood alcohol concentration at a section of about 100 meters in front of the Inkel Service Center located in the same Dong, starting from the road near the water flow of the Jeju Island at the time of Jeju.
