1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the annual amount of KRW 795,974,737 and KRW 382,861,00 from May 27, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (the "Technology Credit Guarantee Fund") entered into a credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on July 27, 200, ① a credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on July 15, 2008 on the guarantee term for the 748,000,000 won loaned from the Korea Technology Finance Corporation and its subordinate obligations, ② a credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on March 21, 2001 on the guarantee term for the 25,000,000 won loaned from the Korea Technology Finance Corporation and its subordinate obligations, respectively, and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation under the above credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on March 21, 202 (the extension and March 21, 2005) concluded a credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on March 21, 202 (the defendant's credit guarantee obligation under the above credit guarantee agreement with the Korea Technology Finance Corporation).

3) On June 20, 206, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation filed a civil lawsuit against the defendant, B, and C with the Gwangju District Court 2005 Gohap1273 and rendered a judgment of June 20, 2006 as to "the defendant, B, and C shall jointly and severally provide the plaintiff 594,830,091 and 260,846,486 shall be 14% per annum from March 18, 2005 to June 17, 2005; 16% per annum from the following day to October 21, 2005; 208% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment; 328,784,215 won per annum; 20% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment; 30% per annum from the Korea Technology Finance Corporation 205 to the date of full payment.
