1. Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 109,350,000 and KRW 87,000,000 among them, from October 27, 2017.
Reasons
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff lent KRW 87,000,000 to the defendants on December 21, 2012 as interest rate of 1.3%, and the facts constituting 22,350,000 until August 2018 can be acknowledged.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the total sum of KRW 109,350,000 as well as the principal amount of KRW 87,00,000 as of October 27, 2017, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint.
The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
