1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on March 23, 2018 as deemed withdrawal of the lawsuit.

2. The costs of the lawsuit after the completion of the lawsuit.

According to Article 268(1) through (3) of the Civil Procedure Act, if both parties fail to appear or present at the meeting on two occasions, a request for designation of date shall be made within one month, and if a request for designation of date is not made within one month, a lawsuit shall be deemed to have been withdrawn. ② If both parties fail to appear or present at the date for pleading as determined by the above application for designation of date or on the subsequent date for pleading, the lawsuit shall also be deemed to have been withdrawn.

With respect to the instant case, the Plaintiff was lawfully delivered a notice of the date for pleading of the first to the third party, but the Plaintiff was absent at all the date for pleading of the first to the third party ( October 13, 2017), the second to the date for pleading of the third party ( October 10, 2017), and the date for pleading of the third party ( December 8, 2017), and the Defendant was all present at each of the above dates for pleading. ② The Plaintiff was present at all on October 13, 2017; ② the Plaintiff was present at the 10th to the 3rd anniversary of November 29, 2017; ② the Plaintiff was delegated the right for pleading of the instant case to the Plaintiff to the 3rd party; ② the Plaintiff was not present at the 10th anniversary of the date for pleading of the second to the 10th day for pleading of the second to the 14th day for pleading of the instant case; ② the Plaintiff was not present at the 10th day for pleading of the second to the 20th day for pleading of the second to the 14th day for pleading of the pleading.

According to the above facts and Article 268 (1) through (3) of the Civil Procedure Act, the lawsuit in this case is brought by the plaintiff.
