Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of cargo vehicles of C 11 ton.

On August 21, 2015, the Defendant, around 09:00, proceeded along the two-lanes in front of a linked village in the corner of the high water surface of the Northern-gun of North Korea, along the two-lanes from the opposite side of the sex to the ancient-Eup.
