A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 9, 2020, around 20:54, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s house in and around the house of the victim C (Woo, 21 years of age) located in Kimhae-si B, in order to steals the appearance of the victim’s clothes, the victim invadedd the victim’s house after gathering the victim’s body and cutting down the body.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (including the distribution, etc. of cameras and other use, photographing, distribution, etc.) on July 22, 2020:06, the Defendant tried to photograph the body of the victim, who is the body of the victim, at the back of the house of the victim C (n't, 21 years old) as stated in paragraph (1) around July 22, 2020, after performing the Defendant's mobile phone image function, and tried to take the body of the victim, who is the body of the victim, in the state of body laying the cellular phone on the window, but was not

3. On July 9, 2020, the Defendant driven a Henetop car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 20:43 to around 22:06 of the same day on the front day of “E” located in Kimhae-si D to the same city apartment G-dong parking lot.

1. Where a conviction becomes final and conclusive in regard to the criminal facts stated in the judgment that should be submitted with personal information under Article 48(1)1 of the Criminal Act, the defendant shall be subject to special cases concerning the punishment, etc. of sexual crimes.
