Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] The defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for ten months by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Jeju District Court on June 27, 2007.

[Criminal facts]

1. On December 11, 2014, the Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, administered narcotics, etc. by mixing them with water in a disposable injection machine, which contains non-fluoric fluoric fluorine fluor who was delivered by B, at around 21:0 to 22:00, under the mutual influoric fluoric fluoric fluoric fluoric fluoric fluoric fluor, which was in possession of the fluoric fluoric fluor who was delivered by B.

2. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on March 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased from D’PC toilets in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) mixed with water for a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.05g of philophonephones purchased from E; and (c) injected narcotics into the left bloodline, and administered them.

3. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased from G (the name “H” before the opening of the name) and administered narcotics, etc. with water mixed with a disposable injection machine that involves the volume of phiphone in which he/she was in possession; and (b) administered narcotics, etc. to his/her left-hand bloodline.

4. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on April 19, 2015, at the same place as indicated in paragraph 2 around 22:00, and after mixing the instant G with water for a disposable injection instrument containing approximately 0.05g philopon, he/she was issued from the said G, and administered narcotics.

5. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on April 20, 2015, at the Ipublic toilet located in Busan, Busan, on a level around Busan, the Defendant mixed the water to a disposable injection machine containing philophones in possession of philophones delivered by B, and administered narcotics, etc., by injection to the left malp bloodline.
