Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates his apartment house in Busan Fri-gu B apartment shopping district.

At around 13:50 on May 7, 2019, the Defendant, at the “D real estate office” office operated by the victim C in the above apartment commercial building, and on the ground that the victim, who is the president of the above apartment commercial building, was under the time to additionally impose the water rate charges for common use on the defendant through the board of directors, when the victim faces the victim's face.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
