A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A theft: (a) around 09:00 on March 12, 2015, the Defendant cut off a contact line of KRW 576,682 at the market price of the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., Ltd., established in SK Telecommunication 15-2, a two base countries located in A.S. 15-2 at A.S. A. 09:0 on March 12, 2015, from that time to May 21, 2015, the Defendant cut off the contact line of KRW 576,682 at the market price of SK Telecom Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., which was located in SK Telecommunication 15-2, a total of seven occasions, including the one-year list of crimes committed in the attached Form No. 1.3,710,286.

2. On March 12, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) operated the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 09:00 on March 12, 2015 to around 10.5km in the section of about 10.5 km in the same face-to-face 369-3 in the same face-to-face 369-3 via the base station of the same side-to-face 15-2 from the road front of the new reservoir in the Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, both of which run the said car without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of six times, as shown in the attached Table 2 daily list of crimes, until May 14:52, 2015.
